If you have lost your mobile phone you will need to provide the IMEI number. If you don't know the IMEI number please contact your service provider.

Please provide details of the lost items including distinguishing features and also the exact location of loss (if known).

We’ll get in touch straightaway if we uncover anything that matches the description of your item. And we’ll keep it safe until you can collect it from our City Thameslink station.

You can retrieve lost property anytime from 8.15am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A small fee will be payable when collecting your item; the fee depends on the item’s value.

Our trains stop at stations served by other rail companies, too.

Even if you've lost something on board a Great Northern train, it may well end up with another company's Lost Property service. It’s a good idea to report your items to every train company that manages stations along your route.
