Priority seat card

Get a priority seating card for your Great Northern train journey if you’re elderly, disabled, pregnant or travelling with an infant.

Help if you need a seat

Do you struggle to stand on the train, but feel awkward asking someone to give up their seat?

If you’re pregnant, disabled, over 65 or have a child under 3 you could be entitled to a free priority seat card.

There are priority seats on all of our trains, usually near the doors and marked with a P sign.

Simply show the card to someone sitting in one of these priority seats to make it clear you need the seat.

Fill in this form and send it to us at the address below.
